All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I would say their hospitality and willing to help is A+. If I may suggest, some fluency with the English language would be great appreciated. I think because it is the hospitality industry and English is more universal, it would be extremely helpful for non-Chinese speaking guests.

The room had a great view overlooking the river. Clean room, comfortable beds, adequate sitting places (chairs, sofas), and good room amenities. I was initially worried about the washroom privacy from the photos on the hotel website. But it turned out fine, there were sliding panels to separate the room from the washroom, plus additional glass doors for the shower and the toilet. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food including highlights of ChaoZhou cuisine. There were no shops around the hotel. But this is not an issue for us. The old city and other attractions are just a short taxi ride from the hotel. It is very convenient (and inexpensive) to travel by taxi in the city. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel and so glad we had chosen this hotel for our holidays.

The hotel was located in a nice location and had lovely views of the mountains and the river. The buffet breakfast and food was nicely made and there were plenty of options. There were also many sights nearby the hotel that could be walked to and also driven to.

Special thanks to Tom on the lobby , he helped us to find the best hotpot restaurant and also assisted us with taxis for our whole trip . Thanks too to Alan in the fitness centre who speaks perfect Cantonese and English and helped my father alot ! I think the helpfulness and kindness of your staff is what made our stay truly exceptional.

The location is very good to explore Chaozhou old town especially the Guangji bridge is so near. The view from the hotel also fantastic. The staffs are very helpful. They recommended good place to eat. They also helped to bring luggages to room. Room is very spacious and very clean. Highly recommend!

New built hotel with very well equipped & decorated guest rooms. Professional & sincere front desk services is impressive. We were so tired to look for restaurants on streets, just pop in to the hotel Chinese restaurant & found the food quality / services was good & very value for money. The only set back is the location, bit away from centre & you have to call cabs for every trips to outside. Even so, would go back on our next trip to Chaozhou given the comfortable stay we had this time! Hopefully there are shuttles to city centre would be provided on coming days.

The location, the great water & mountain views, the new hotel with stylish decor. Breakfast is very good !! Close to Chaozhou sightseeing, definitely will stay again in the future

The facilities were nice and had a robot that would delivered food deliveries to the room. Vincent was really nice and was very helpful.
